This bill gives voters a say about their local property taxes and ensures Granite Staters’ voices are heard.

This bill is nearly identical to the Senate bill I vetoed last month, as well as two other bills I have vetoed. These bills are overly broad, poorly drafted, and create the potential for substantial litigation.

I have clearly said that I do not support raising the tolls.
