I ask Senator Chambliss, if we eliminate Guantanamo--in other words, under this proposal they would be permitted to transfer people to the United States of America or that new captures be brought to the United States of America instead of to a facility such as Guantanamo, what are the risks we face in terms of losing valuable intelligence that we need to protect our country?
