Insurers like Anthem keep claiming that they’re negotiating in good faith, but they’re clearly stalling because they don’t want to cover mental health coverage for children, and it’s wrong.
As a parent, I understand and appreciate the concerns parents have about their children being exposed to age-inappropriate or objectionable materials in schools.
I want to make sure if we make a change like this, we do it correctly, and we get this right.
It’s disappointing to see elected representatives choose subsidizing insurance companies over kids’ mental health care.
