As I told many of you on Friday afternoon, I thought that would be my last time taking your questions until after my maternity leave — but given the attempted assassination of the President… I felt it was prudent to be here today to answer…

I think the most fun part about my job is doing things like this with all of you in the briefing room and answering so many great questions. I think the hardest part of my job is also doing things like this in the briefing room!

I saw the South African President running his mouth a little bit against the United States and the President of the United States earlier today, and that language is not appreciated by the President or his team.
