I thank my colleagues from Florida for bringing these issues to my attention, and I agree with my colleagues that the Corps of Engineers should take advantage of the expertise of appropriately qualified outside institutions, both nationally and internationally, in the Adaptive Monitoring and Assessment Program authorized under this legislation.
