One of the things that we heard from a panel of private sector but some former officials on North Korea on Tuesday was that the only impetus to encourage China to engage with North Korea in the way that we would like in order to help us get them to back down on their nuclear program would be if we initiated much more extensive sanctions on China with respect to their financial system or if they believed that there was imminent threat of war on the Korean Peninsula.
