I would hope that even though enlargement is on hold for the Chicago Summit, that there will be an effort to make sure that countries like Georgia, Bosnia, Macedonia, and those countries who are interested in being part of NATO, have some reason to continue to be supportive and to be encouraged about the efforts that they are engaging in.
