Those numbers came out while I was speaking on the floor, because I was talking about the first House-passed bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act. What the Senator from Illinois is telling me is that the numbers for the bill they passed to fix the first bill they couldn't pass are just as bad and in some ways even worse than the original bill.
