Unfortunately, I was not here to vote for Janet Yellen, the head of the Federal Reserve. Had I been here to vote, I would have voted to support her in that position. My flight was delayed, and so I did not get back in time for the vote. I want to make sure that the Record shows that I support her as the new chairman of the Fed. I yield the floor.
