I think it is a shameful black mark on humanity that the world has allowed this to happen and that Israel is allowing this to happen.
This risks not only U.S. negotiations with Iran, but the safety of American service members, diplomats, their families and ex-pats around the region.
I am encouraged by the President’s announcement to move expeditiously and am in touch with the State Department and NSC to make sure this long-awaited window of opportunity does not close for Syria.
