I have criticized Secretary of State Marco Rubio for paying $7.5 million to the government of Equatorial Guinea.
Waiting another week, or another month, wouldn't deliver a better outcome.
Nobody wants to invest because they don’t know what the president’s going to do tomorrow.
That’s certainly an option, that I think everybody will consider.
