Our fighting force is stronger when any American – regardless of their gender – can meet the toughest military standards in the world.

It’s outrageous the Administration would try to shortchange our troops and their families from receiving the full benefits that they have earned through service and sacrifice.

It’s been great to see so many of the same people who are willing to come back with their food or beverages … to hear them talk about the difference that it’s made for them and their business.

I’m proud to join this bipartisan effort that will cut administrative red tape, save money and make it easier for the Coast Guard to effectively collaborate with the coastal communities it protects.
