What we've seen in New Hampshire and northern New England is a real epidemic spread of heroin and prescription drug opioid use.

I want to have the ability, through our grant making ability, to support these efforts.

We have to also make sure that we identify this problem as a public health problem.

I would urge those discussions to go forward as expeditiously as possible.
