One of the things the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act legislation did at the Federal level was to try to look at some of the forms that are typical that employees fill out when they're applying for a job, or that workers fill out when they're applying for a job, and think about where there are changes that need to be made to that so that it doesn't automatically disqualify you if you had a problem at some point in your life with substance use.
