Jeanne Shaheen: “we are facing the most dangerous global environment at any time since World War II”

The President must negotiate an end to this disastrous war.

The United States cannot afford to look away from the threat that Tuberculosis poses to Americans’ health and global health security.

These awards suggest that the Department intends to select awardees for federal funding based on their political ideology, not in the interest of American taxpayers or national security.

This is a war that needs to end. The president needs to get back to the negotiating table, but he needs to negotiate a deal that's going to benefit the United States and not Iran.
