It does not include mandatories. We passed that bill unanimously in the House; it passed unanimously in the Senate. It will be signed by the President into law. It was initiated by the Speaker of this House, and it does not need to be included in function 650, because it is a mandatory outlay and not a discretionary fund.

I like the fact that in a way he’s so rich he’s so removed from the potential financial influence of it.
It sounds like they made some headway yesterday, but they’ve got about six weeks to really give the market and some of these small businesses confidence that it’s not going to drag them down.
I don't think any flights over the Thanksgiving week have actually been canceled yet. I think the airlines have been pretty tight working with the FAA looking a few days out to be sure.
