to address the gentleman's first point, what I said was there is information about how it is calculated, because while the headline in the Washington Post or the New York Times may be $300 a person, $600 a person, that is not technically correct. I know it is a surprise to Members on both sides of the aisle that the New York Times may not have gotten the headline right, but not everyone is going to receive the same check. So there is information about how it was calculated and information about whether or not it is taxable.
