I am the cochair of the bipartisan Rural Broadband Caucus, and I share your mission to bring internet access to every community.

The Affordable Connectivity Program, or ACP, is established by the bipartisan Infrastructure Law to provide assistance to eligible households to help them afford internet services.

The ACP is already serving as a lifeline to the more than 18 million households that currently rely on this program to remain connected.

When we passed the American Rescue Plan, my legislation was included to extend Medicaid postpartum coverage from 60 days to 1 full year.
