Provide farmers, ranchers, and other landowners who feed and fuel our nation with certainty from diversified income streams and greater supports to beginner, young, and socially disadvantaged producers.

This bipartisan bill would provide mandatory funding to purchase development rights via conservation easements from private and Tribal landowners.

The $19.5 billion of conservation funding secured in the Inflation Reduction Act must be protected and spent on furthering our conservation goals.
