I have an amendment at the desk, amendment No. 2. I offer that amendment at this time. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, line 20, strike ``minority- and women-owned'' and insert ``minority-, women-, and veteran-owned''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 200, the gentlewoman from New Hampshire (Ms. Kuster) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from New Hampshire.
