Had I voted, I would have voted ``Aye'' on rollcall vote 153, ``Aye on rollcall vote 154, ``Aye'' on rollcall vote 155, ``Aye'' on rollcall vote 156, ``Aye'' on rollcall vote 157 the Democratic motion to recommit, and ``Nay'' on rollcall vote 158 on final passage of H.R. 720. ____________________
