I am opposed to amendment No. 40. I am speaking in opposition to all of the amendments that have been added. The Acting CHAIR. The gentlewoman is recognized.

The ACP is already serving as a lifeline to the more than 18 million households that currently rely on this program to remain connected.

Provide farmers, ranchers, and other landowners who feed and fuel our nation with certainty from diversified income streams and greater supports to beginner, young, and socially disadvantaged producers.

I was proud to see this legislation signed into law to protect this lifeline for survivors.
