The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for any conference (as described in the Office of Management and Budget memorandum M-12-12, ``Promoting Efficient Spending to Support Agency Operations'', dated May 11, 2012) for which the cost to the agency exceeds $500,000. The Acting CHAIR. The gentlewoman from New Hampshire is recognized for 5 minutes.
