Page 4, line 4, insert ``America's First Priority Is Job Creation, Investing in America's Future, and'' before ``Economic Impact''. Page 4, line 12, insert ``The analysis shall include the impact of Federal expenditures contained in the applicable bill or resolution, including investments in education, transportation, and infrastructure, in promoting job creation and economic growth.'' after ``product.''.
