I am opposed in its current form. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the motion to recommit. The Clerk read as follows: Ms. Kuster moves to recommit the bill H.R. 1874, as reported, to the Committee on the Budget with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendments: Page 3, lines 16 and 17, strike ``(except the Committee on Appropriations of each House)''. Page 4, line 4, insert ``America's First Priority Is Job Creation, Investing in America's Future, and'' before ``Economic Impact''. Page 4, line 12, insert ``The analysis shall include the impact of Federal expenditures contained in the applicable bill or resolution, including investments in education, transportation, and infrastructure, in promoting job creation and economic growth.'' after ``product.''. Mr. PRICE of Georgia (during the reading). Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to suspend with the reading of the motion to recommit. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
