I oppose the bill in its current form. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the motion to recommit. The Clerk read as follows: Ms. Kuster of New Hampshire moves to recommit the bill H.R. 5895 to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendment: Page 135, line 12, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $10,200,000)''. Page 131, line 9, after ``September 30, 2020'' insert ``, and $10,000,000 shall become available on October 1, 2018''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentlewoman from New Hampshire is recognized for 5 minutes in support of her motion.
