due to obligations in my district, I was unable to vote on the Conference Report on H.R. 3057, the Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2006. However, had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on the Conference Report on H.R. 3057.
