I urge support of H. Res. 660. I want to thank Mr. Davis of Illinois for his support. Mr. Speaker, I have no further requests for time, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Gutknecht). The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Nebraska (Mr. Osborne) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 660. The question was taken; and (two-thirds having voted in favor thereof) the rules were suspended and the resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
