I look forward to that. And I really believe the abstinence program the Congress passed in 1996 and we get to authorize is one of the major causes of the drop in teenage pregnancy. But we still have a long way to go. We have to recognize that while the hard empirical evidence may not be there for us yet, because of the fact that we are in the early stages of such an important program, that is not a reason to throw it out, as the 17 in our committee wanted to do.
