In closing, let me make one very important point. Republicans and Democrats alike are united on this important health and safety issue. I urge all Members to pass this amendment today and get the needed consumer protections in place. I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Nebraska (Mr. Terry) that the House suspend the rules and concur in the Senate amendment to the bill, H.R. 4212. The question was taken.
