We in the House have passed about 430 bills. 89 of them actually gotten out of the Senate. Well over about 100, I guess--maybe even more than 100--actually are like the Keystone pipeline, that would create--immediately create jobs, but yet they are sitting on a desk.

And particularly Venezuelan oil bothers me, but do we have a geopolitical responsibility to allow some importation of Venezuelan oil?
I am hopeful that Congress will send a unified message to current and future trading partners that trade barriers will not be tolerated.
