And just to take that thought and put it in context for someone like our colleague, the gentleman from Nebraska (Mr. Osborne), who represents 68\1/2\ counties, this funds the multijurisdictional aspects that the local jurisdictions would not be able to fund because of their rules on funding. So this allows intra-agency and counties in the district of the gentleman from Nebraska (Mr. Osborne) to actually work together. So with that, Mr. Speaker, I yield to my colleague from Nebraska.
