They're bills that will create tens of thousands of jobs, maybe hundreds of thousands of jobs. Yet it does not seem that Harry Reid would like to bring those to the floor, so we are doing our job here. Mr. Speaker, this bill today is about creating, really, a new environment for job creation in recognizing the human suffrage that has occurred in the Central Valley.
