H.R. 2383 recognizes the service of the late C.W. ``Bill'' Jones to the California Water Commission and his 2 years of service as president of the Delta-Mendota Water Authority. This legislation rightly renames the Bureau of Reclamation's Tracy Pumping Plant, which raises water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta into the Delta-Mendota Canal, after Mr. Jones. We on this side of the aisle have no objection to the enactment of H.R. 2383. Madam Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
