Again, more money with a good intention is not necessarily the right outcome. This has to be standards of accountability, metrics that determine, are we making progress toward the outcomes we achieve?

The idea here is to go deeper in terms of place-based strategies, fix the broken border situation.

I would like you to just find a pathway to help us get that done.
