I would urge the new incoming Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security to take an audit of this.
I really appreciate that. I think this whole committee very much does.
I am just trying to get the chairman's attention for just one moment if you will indulge me.
Do you perceive that as peculiar that it would take 3 years to get this done?
