I am going to remove my mask as I speak. We are appropriately socially distanced here. I am grateful for the time. Before I begin my own remarks, I am going to yield to the honorable gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Shimkus), a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, who will be departing from us soon. He is in his last term, has announced his retirement. It has been a pleasure to serve with you, my friend.
