“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 9, line 4, strike ``and'' at the end. Page 9, line 9, strike the period, closed quotation mark, and semicolon and insert ``; and''. Page 9, after line 9, insert the following: ``(O) the right to be informed of the total number of school counselors in their child's school.''. Page 11, line 4, strike the closed quotation mark and ``; and''. Page 11, after line 4, insert the following new clause: ``(v) School counselors.--A local educational agency receiving funds under this part shall ensure that each elementary school and secondary school served by such agency provides the parents of each child who is a student in such school the information described in paragraph (1)(O).''.
