For everybody, this is crippling, and it is happening during one of the largest harvests in memory. Time is running out, and we need to turn this around. We need a strong and positive set of actions. Ensuring our farmers can weather tough economic times must be a national priority. It is clear that farm aid is needed at this time. Congress has taken some steps toward this goal.…”
