Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the nominations en bloc. The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nominations of Joshua A. Deahl, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals for the term of fifteen years; Deborah J. Israel, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years; and Andrea L. Thereupon, the Senate proceeded to consider the nominations, en bloc.
