As I said last week, there is a national security crisis at our southern border.

We have to differentiate between emergency spending and long-term investment in our national priorities.

I hope that Congress is going to quickly provide Appropriations so we can see the construction of the facility as well.

In my view, that is a clear testament to the importance of these efforts.
