I’m really concerned about the direction that the president’s comments have shown that he may take.

I think he has said some pretty disgusting things and seems to be on that trend line that he's going to talk like that more and more.

Our firefighters put everything on the line to keep us safe, and it’s our job to make sure they are taken care of.

I am optimistic that we can continue raising bipartisan, bicameral support for this bill.
