I am hopeful that we can soon follow here in the Senate.

We cannot [lower grocery prices] at the expense of American producers. Flooding the market with foreign beef hurts our livestock industry and undermines the long-term solution: growing the U.S. cattle herd to meet demand.

Today we are here to learn about the nomination process in the United States Senate, changes to the process, over time, and what, if any, changes may improve that process.

Would that be difficult to be able to prove that you would suffer from that?
