We don't care that nobody is getting sick, and we are willing to be flexible.'' Well, I appreciate you are willing to be flexible, but the problem is, we don't have a public health problem. What are you talking about, you want to be flexible? Thank you, Mr. Perciasepe. I appreciate you being willing to visit these communities, but I have 60 communities you are asking to spend millions of dollars. You have a rule that you are going to enforce it even though there is no public health problem. I know we have a dilemma here. It is 10:30 at night and the unanimous consent procedure requires me to talk for however long I am prepared to talk, and then we will have 2 minutes tomorrow. I will have 1 minute, Senators Chafee and Baucus will come down here and they will say whatever, and this thing will get knocked out.”
