It is interesting listening to the debate here. Certainly my colleague, Mr. Doggett, I think very appropriately pointed out: This bill does not lower the price of insulin by one penny. It just simply shifts around who pays for what. We have seen that pattern in healthcare across America for some time now, and I would hope that we could learn from that.
