Again, I thank the courtesy of the Chair. We have been hit by unprecedented natural disasters. This body has been generous in responding, whether it was in North Dakota or New Mexico. I just hope we do not ever lose that generosity of spirit in this country because none of us can predict who might be hit next.

If you are really going to relieve me of the administrative burden, if you are going to really relieve me of the liability, if you are going to really relieve me of the cost other than the payroll transfer.
I would say personally I would not go to a company advising me on wealth management that did not have it because I think whoever is advising me ought to have as their highest responsibility to be giving me advice that is in my interest.
What is realistic is to deal with these changes in a way that does expand access, that does expand the opportunity for people to participate in a retirement plan at work.
People are smart, and if you just share with them the basic information, a lot of people will make a good decision.
