No, it really is not. I think any objective observer in reading this budget would have to say it is not a realistic picture of our financial condition. It just leaves out things. In fact, when the President's people came to me and told me how they were going to cut the deficit in half, I said to them: Why don't you just leave out some more things and claim you balanced the budget because it would have about as much attachment to reality as this has.
