Let me say on this point, I read the WEFA study last night. In my interpretation of that--the Senator mentioned this point the other day in the caucus--my understanding of the WEFA report was they were talking about the Federal funds rate going down to 2.5 percent, rather than the 30-year bond. Perhaps I missed something in reading it. But my interpretation was the 2.5 percent they were talking about was the Federal funds rate rather than the 30-year bond.
