Real median household income has gone down under this President. That is a serious problem for this country, a serious problem for the middle class, and wages are falling behind inflation. This is something which should concern all of us because we see wage increases falling behind inflation. That is why people feel squeezed, and we have not seen anything yet if the fiscal policies of the country are not altered, if we do not begin to get back to fiscal balance to reduce the threat to the long-term economic security of our country.
