Let me say there have been a number of examples last year and this year of what I think distinguishes the Senate. The actions by the Senator from Iowa last year were an example of courtesy and graciousness that I will never forget. I want to say publicly, as I have said before, how very much I appreciate what the Senator did last year to withhold an amendment that would have otherwise taken down the budget. It was an act of great courtesy, and I thank the Senator for it.
