No. It is unfortunate the Senator did not hear my remarks. I made it very clear in the remarks what I think will happen. We were missing one Senator because of a family obligation, missing another Senator because of illness. Senator Reid, of course, changed his vote to be on the prevailing side. That will provide the 60 votes required.
